The design serves as a means of tackling the problems, in order to identify scenarios and to make the best choices for a climate-adaptive, attractive and prospect-rich Groningen. And, of course, our aim is to inspire and to show what opportunities are available. If possible, we implement concrete plans and projects in the city and the rural area.
